Copper sulfate reference electrodes (CSE) are the most commonly used reference electrodes for measuring the electrical potential of underground structures and structures exposed to a freshwater environment. It is not suitable for use in a chloride electrolyte as the chloride ions will migrate through the porous plug and contaminate the CSE. The electrode is composed of a copper rod, immersed in a saturated solution of copper sulfate, contained within a non-conducting cylinder with a porous plug at the bottom. The copper ions in the saturated solution prevent corrosion of the copper rod and stabilize the reference electrode.
Permanent buried CSE provides accurate and reliable electrical potential measurements on buried metallic structures.

This canister anode consists of a tubular high silicon cast iron anode firmly pre-packaged in a large spirally wound galvanized mild steel canister that is filled with calcined petroleum coke backfill. The canister is capped with the cable which extends out the top of the anode cap.
The metallic canister housing is only intended to last through transportation and installation. Once installed, the exterior housing is part of the anode system and it is expected to be consumed quickly, leaving behind the anode and coke backfill. The stable anode element passes current to highly conductive coke backfill, and then the current is discharged from the external metallic housing.
Canistered pre-packed high silicon cast iron anodes are normally used in areas with a high water table or where it is difficult to install loose coke backfill which is normally provided around anodes. Our canistered high silicon cast iron anodes are a perfect impressed current cathodic protection material for low resistivity soils, shallow vertical and horizontal surface ground beds, as well as wet, marshy soil conditions where caving is likely to occur.

This indium-activated aluminium bracelet anode is specifically designed for the cathodic protection of submarine/offshore pipelines. The half-shell bracelet anode, consisting of two semi-circular sections, is clamped around the pipeline. The electrical continuity between the anode body and the pipe is allowed by a steel continuity bar or by an electrical cable. With tapered ends, our half-shell aluminium bracelet anodes are suitable for easy movements over stringer during pipeline laying.

For an improved current output, MMO anode can be prepackaged in a galvanized steel canister containing carbonaceous backfill, ready for direct installation. The actual anode inside the canister can have a wide range of configurations, including tubular, wire, rod, ribbon and mesh types. However, the most common configuration is the tubular anode. Canister MMO anodes are commonly used for impressed current cathodic protection of metallic pipelines and storage tanks in either shallow vertical or horizontal surface groundbeds, as well as wet, marshy soil conditons where caving is likely to occur. The canisters can be singular or assembled in chains.

Oil cooled transformer rectifier is the simplest cooling system, where natural convectional flow of oil is used to reduce the temperature gradient between transformer and the outside ambient. It is generally used in severe weather conditions where air cooled rectifier will not withstand these weatherly conditions – such as deserts, offshore, atmospheric aggressive environment, hazardous and explosive environments, etc.

The silver-silver chloride (Ag/AgCl) electrode, sometimes referred to as “SSCE”, is a type of reference electrode, commonly used for testing cathodic protection corrosion control systems in sea water environments. This Ag/AgCl reference electrode can be exposed to seawater or immersed in a silver chloride solution contained in a gas cylinder.
A reference electrode is used to measure the potential of seawater structures and concrete structures. The electrode is composed of silver powder/silver, silver nitrate, hydrochloric acid, and silver chloride with a porous plug at the bottom.
Portable silver/silver chloride reference electrodes for temporary measurement of structure-environment potential; stationary silver/silver chloride reference electrodes for long-term structure-environment potential detection.

Regarded as an ideal auxiliary anode material, titanium conductor bars are a bus bar to interconnect anode elements. It is designed to evenly distribute current to MMO titanium-based anode for many cathodic protection(CP) and Electro-Osmotic-Pulse(EOP) applications.
Considering the attenuation of all linear anodes, sometimes auxiliary conductors must be augmented. The titanium conductor bar is particularly useful for controlling attenuation over long spans. It is commonly used with MMO ribbon anodes or MMO mesh anodes for impressed current cathodic protection of aboveground storage tank bottoms and reinforced concrete structures.
The titanium conductor bar and the MMO ribbon/mesh anode are laid vertically to form a lattice grid pattern, and the intersections are connected by spot welding. The connection to the power source is achieved by a special anode joint.
