A mixed metal oxide anode, which consists of Mixed Metal Oxide (MMO) such as RuO2, IrO2, TiO2, and Ta2O5, can distinctly reduce cell voltage during the electrolysis of chlorine evolution & oxygen evolution and have a remarkable energy-saving effect & a longer lifetime. The substrate can be reused and recoated Titanium anode is also called DSA Titanium Anode or insoluble titanium anode due to its dimensional stability and high corrosion resistivity. With high corrosion resistivity, titanium anode can ensure they won’t pollute the electrolysis system and increase final product purity so as to reduce the maintenance cost of the equipment.
RuO2, IrO2, and coated mixed metal oxide anodes are used in choir-alkali, sodium hypochlorite, sewage treatment, seawater desalinization, etc.
IrO2, Ta2O5, and coated titanium anodes are widely used in the production of electrolytic copper foil, Al foil, organic electrolyte, etc.
Pt-coated titanium anodes are used in electrolytic deposition, water treatment, etc.
PbO2, coated titanium electrodes are used in making perchlorate, sewage treatment, etc.
